4. Booking and Payments

  • Full payment or a deposit may be required at the time of booking.

  • Prices are listed in GBP (£) and may change without prior notice, although the rate confirmed at the time of booking will be honoured.

5. Cancellations and Refunds

  • Cancellations made at least 24 hours in advance will be eligible for rescheduling or refund (if applicable).
  • Missed appointments or late arrivals (15 minutes or more) may result in forfeiture of the session or deposit.
  • Refunds are not issued once a session has been completed, except in cases where a service fault or breach by Edge Whitening is established.
